How to update Roster Questions after an Enrollment has been processed in 3.1
Question
The roster questions box pops up when the activity is selected and add to cart is clicked. How do I change an activity roster note entered after the activity has been added to the cart and I've gone through the payment process? For example, Roster note was added when registering Mr. Smith for the upcoming golf clinic. The original note was, "reserved ParaGolfer unit from 10 am to 11 am." Now the day before the scheduled golf clinic, Mr. Smith needs to use the ParaGolfer unit from 11 am to 12 pm.. How do I update that info?

This is done through Global Sales Purchase History. Here are some quick steps.
- From Global Sales, select the family member whose information you need to update.
- Click the Purchase History tab and find the Activity in the DataGrid. To make this easier, consider filtering the DataGrid by Activity Registrations.
- Click the Questions button at the bottom of the Purchase History DataGrid. Update the Question Answers as needed.
- Click Continue when done. Then exit Global Sales.
