Emailed receipts won't send after booking a tee time on WebTrac

Problem
Emailed receipts are not sent to guest patrons after booking tee time reservations on WebTrac. Is there a way we can force a guest to enter an email address during their transaction?
Solution
You will need to add WebTrac Email to the Required fields for Tee Times under the WebTrac Daily Processing Profile from Profile Assignments.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Profile Assignments.
- Locate and expand the WWW user folder.
- Highlight Daily Processing Profile.
- Click Update.
- Expand the Guest Sales Information settings group.
- Under Required fields for Tee Times, add Webtrac Email.
- Click Save.
Next time a guest patron makes a tee time reservation on WebTrac, they will be required to enter an email address before the transaction can be completed and will have their receipt emailed to them.
