Visit Processing: Some Photos being displayed are of the wrong person
Problem
We have this random issue going on where a switch of member photos is occurring. Some member photos are displaying the photo of the wrong person. All the members whose photos seem to be switching have their own valid photos.
For Example: Person 'A' swipes in and her photo displays. Then Person 'B' swipes in but the system displays the photo of Person A. When you go to Person B's household and click the View Photo button, then Person B's photo shows up. So why is Person A's photo displaying for Person B in Visit Processing?
Solution
The member in question has a Photo ID number of '0.' Further troubleshooting on this issue found that a significant number of people in the database have '0' as their Photo ID number.
