The Activity Bulk Attendance Post program allows you to post activity visits for a particular class on a particular day by entire roster or individuals selected. This program allows you to pick and choose which individuals attended a class meeting or you can post attendance for the entire roster. You also have the option to delete/remove an attendance record and reset the Visit status to 'No.'
In the event your passes and activities are set to track attendance, you can use this program to post attendance for any enrollee for whom a visit was not recorded, if desired.

Note: Field names on the screen with red labels* are required by the screen design you are using. Mandatory fields in the default Vermont Systems design are noted where appropriate. Your design and mandatory fields may vary.
To Run the Activity Attendance Posting program
- Make your selections at the top of the screen:
- Select an Activity Section.
- Accept the default Post Date (today's date) or select another, and select your visit location.
- Decide whether you wish to Skip rosters that already have a visit on selected date. IF you are set to record class attendance and IF an enrollee has a valid visit associated with Section and Date selected, the Visit Column in the DataGrid will display "YES."
Note: If the DataGrid does not populate with roster entries upon selecting the Section, click Show Enrollments.
- Highlight/select the enrollees for whom you wish to post attendance.
- Click Post Selected at the bottom of the screen. The Visit column will populate with "Yes."

Section (ARSADetailVisitPost_ComboKey)
Click the Picklist icon to select the Activity Section for which you wish to post attendance.
Note: Step-by-step instructions for running this program are in the Header Help. Click the "i" Information icon and scroll to the top of the page.
Post Date (ARSADetailVisitPost_PostDate)
Accept the default entry (today's date") or click the Calendar icon to select an alternate date if desired. Attendance will be posted for enrollees on the date you select.
DeleteLocation (ARSADetailVisitPost_Location)
Click the Picklist icon to select the Facility Location to which you wish to link the attendance visits. Optimally this should be the same location linked to the Activity Section for which you are posting.
DeleteSkip rosters that already have a visit on selected date (ARSADetailVisitPost_SkipExisting)
Select this option to bypass names in the DataGrid with 'YES' already in the Visit column. This is a good option to use when you post attendance by clicking Post All since it keeps you from double-posting attendance for anyone who already has a visit recorded.
Click Show Enrollments, if necessary, to populate the DataGrid with all rosters that match your selection criteria.
DeleteDetail Records (ARSADetailVisitPost_DataGrid)
The Detail Records DataGrid displays the enrollees in the Activity Section selected. IF the DataGrid does not populate with roster entries upon selecting the Section, click Show Enrollments.
DataGrid column sort options allow you to customize the view as desired. Click here for a full description of RecTrac DataGrids.
