Click the Calendar icon to select the Effective Date for the cancellation of this item. The item being cancelled will be good through this date.
For Example: On 12 September, Miranda Butler announces she will be moving at the end of October and wishes to have her membership cancelled at that time. When processing the cancellation on September 12, the clerk can enter 31 October in this field. Miranda's pass will be valid through 31 October.
Note: Effective Cancel Date prompts are determined by the Modules selected in the Prompt for Effective Cancel Date on Cancellation of these Modules field on the Daily Processing profile.
Enrollment Date
This field is designed for use with the Child Youth Management System (CYMS). CYMS is used primarily by the US Military to track its child care program needs, though some non-military organizations use it, too. Generally speaking, if you are not licensed for (or using) the CYMS module, then you should leave this field at its default setting. Contact Vermont Systems Support with any questions as to whether you should be using this field.
Click the Calendar icon to select the Enrollment Date for this Activity registration. If the date is "today" or prior, then the person will have an Enrollment Status of "Enrolled" upon completing the transaction. If the date is in the future, then upon completing the transaction the person being enrolled will have a "Future" status until such time as the actual date passes and the "Future to Enrolled" Scheduled Event runs. After that, the person being enrolled now will have an "Enrolled" status. "Future" status enrollments do not count toward Max Enrollment totals.
Note: The Prompt for Enrollment Date option in Activity Update is the trigger for this field.
