The Criteria Group contains filters specific to the report you are running.

Report Option (ReportOptionsCYMSReservationReport_ReportOption)
Select your Report Option.
- Attendance Sheet - The report will print as an attendance sheet with boxes for sign-in, sign-out, and signatures.
- Listing - The report will print names in a list, sorted alphabetically by last name.
Print Additional Member Information (ReportOptionsCYMSReservationReport_PrintAdditionalMemberInformation)
Select this option to have any medical, special needs, and/or allergy information linked to a child appear on the report.
Deselect this option if you don't want to include allergy records on the report.
Note: When your Report Option is "Attendance Sheet this information prints on its own page.
Begin Time (ReportOptionsCYMSReservationReport_BeginTime)
Accept the default entries or select the beginning and ending time range for this report. For example, 0600 - 1800. If running the report for multiple days, the same time range will be used for each day. The report does not run around the clock."
DeleteEnd Time (ReportOptionsCYMSReservationReport_EndTime)
Accept the default entries or select the beginning and ending time range for this report. For example, 0600 - 1800. If running the report for multiple days, the same time range will be used for each day. The report does not run around the clock."
DeletePhone Option (ReportOptionsCYMSReservationReport_PhoneOption)
Select your phone option for the report. All phone information comes from fields on the sponsor's group in household update.
- Primary and Secondary - The phone numbers listed in the sponsor's Primary and Secondary phone fields.
- Emergency Fill-in - The report will print a blank line allowing you to fill in a phone number.
- None - No phone information will appear on the report.
Comment Code (ReportOptionsCYMSReservationReport_CommentCode)
Select the comment code, if any, that you want to have printed on the report. Leave this field blank if you don't want to print a comment code on the report.
Comment codes are maintained in Comment Code Management. Type = CYS Report.
DeletePrint Extra Column (ReportOptionsCYMSReservationReport_PrintExtraColumn)
This field is applicable when your Report Option is "Attendance Sheet."
Select this option to print an extra column at the far right-hand side of the report.

Enter text in the Extra Column Label field as desired to provide a header for the column. The extra column is blank and provides space for handwritten notes once the report is printed.
Extra Column Label (ReportOptionsCYMSReservationReport_ExtraColumnLabel)
This field is applicable when your Report Option is "Attendance Sheet."
Select this option to print an extra column at the far right-hand side of the report.

Enter text in the Extra Column Label field as desired to provide a header for the column. The extra column is blank and provides space for handwritten notes once the report is printed.
Additional Sign In Lines (ReportOptionsCYMSReservationReport_ExtraLines)
This field is applicable when your Report Option is "Attendance Sheet."
Enter a value other than '0' in this field if desired. The value you enter is the number of blank rows that will be printed on the report after the last reservation is listed. The blank rows provide space for drop-ins who do not have reservations in the system.
Leave this field at '0' if you don't want any blank rows at the bottom of the report.
