The Criteria Group contains filters specific to the report you are running.
Report Options
Format (ReportOptionsMTFixedAssetReport_Format)
Select your Format option for the report.
- Detail - The report will include a line item for each Fixed Asset.
- Summary - The report will list summary totals by Fixed Asset.
Sort Order (ReportOptionsMTFixedAssetReport_SortOrder)
Select your Sort Order option for the report.
- Task - The report will sort by task.
- Asset - The report will sort by asset.
Subtotals (ReportOptionsMTFixedAssetReport_Subtotals)
Select your subtotal options, if any. Multiple selection is allowed.
OR
Leave the field at its default setting ((0)Selected) to skip subtotaling on the report output.
- Date - Subtotals by Date.
- Asset - Subtotals by Fixed Asset.
- Permissions - Subtotals by Permissions Code.
Include Overhead (ReportOptionsMTFixedAssetReport_IncludeOverheads)
Select this option to include Overhead costs/expenses on the report output.
De-select this option to skip the printing of Overhead costs/expenses on the report output.
DeleteInclude Benefits (ReportOptionsMTFixedAssetReport_IncludeBenefits)
Select this option to include Benefit costs/expenses on the report output.
De-select this option to skip the printing of Benefit costs/expenses on the report output.
DeletePrint Log Notes (ReportOptionsMTFixedAssetReport_PrintNotes)
Select this option to have any miscellaneous Log Notes linked to a Combo Log record print on the report output.
De-select this option to skip the printing of Log Notes on the report output.
