The Criteria Group contains filters specific to the report you are running.
ReportOptionsPMMemberCountReport_Tab1
Report Option (ReportOptionsPMMemberCountReport_RecordOption)
Select your Report Option.
- Member Status Counts Trend Analysis - Provides numbers for the statuses selected over the date range or dates entered. Also includes columns for each of the Trend Analysis Stats you select. For example, you select your five (5) pool passes. For statuses, you select Active Expired Suspended and Cancelled." You select "High Low and Mean" for Trend Analysis States. You enter the last six months as your date range and opt to print for the last day of the month. When you run the report it will have a column for each month you selected (6 columns) plus a column for each trend stat (3 columns). It will include a section for each of the five passes Each section will have a row for each status (4 row per pass). The rows will have the number of active expired suspended and cancelled passes as well as the "High Low and Mean" numbers for each pass on the last day of each month.
- Member Status Counts by Date - Provides numbers for the statuses selected over the date range or dates entered. For example you select your five (5) pool passes. For statuses you select "Active Expired Suspended and Cancelled." You enter "last week" as your date range. When you run the report it will have a column for each status you selected (4 columns). It will include a row for each of the five passes for each day of the week (35 rows). Each row for each pass will show the number of active expired suspended and cancelled passes.
Note: The Member Count report derives its data from the Pass Snap Shot Post utility. For best results schedule the Pass Snap Shot utility to run on a daily basis.
Report Detail Level (ReportOptionsPMMemberCountReport_DetailLevel)
Select how you want your passes listed/grouped on the report.
By:
- Pass Code
- Pass Category
- Pass Type
- Pass SubType
Member Statuses to Include (0 Selected = All) (ReportOptionsPMMemberCountReport_StatusOptions)
Select the pass statuses you want to include. Multiple selection is allowed. Leave the field blank to select all."
DeleteTrend Analysis Stats to Include (0 Selected = None) (ReportOptionsPMMemberCountReport_TrendStats)
This field is applicable when using the "Member Status Counts Trend Analysis" Report Option.
Select trend stats you want to include. Multiple selection is allowed. The report will print a separate column for each status.
- Low - The lowest number of passes over the dates selected.
- High - The highest number of passes over the dates selected.
- Variance - The high/low variance in passes over the dates selected.
- Mean - The sum of all the numbers in the row divided by the amount of numbers in the row.
- Median - The middle point of numbers in the row meaning half will be above it and half will be below.
Print Member Status Key? (ReportOptionsPMMemberCountReport_PrintStatusKey)
Select this option to include a section at the bottom of the report that provides a definition for each pass status you're including on the report. For example, you select Active Expired Suspended and Cancelled" as your pass statues. When you run the report there will be a section at the bottom that shows the definition for those statuses.
DeleteDate Option (ReportOptionsPMMemberCountReport_DateOption)
Select your date option.
- Pattern - Allows you to select dates in a repeating pattern. For example, you might schedule the report to run every day for Member Count or you might run the report at the end of each month to look at a six month trend, etc.
- Random Dates - Allows you to select dates from the calendar.
Note: In the event your report includes more dates than can fit on a page (either through pattern or random selection) the report will output to .csv automatically.
Begin Date (ReportOptionsPMMemberCountReport_BegDate)
This field is applicable when using the "Pattern" Date Option.
Select your date range for the report. For example if you want to schedule the report to run daily for Member Count then you would select "Today" and "0" in both fields. Your report will run daily through the Begin/End Date Range on your schedule. Optionally if you wanted to run a Trend Analysis for the last six month then you might use "Actual Date" in both fields and then select the last six months etc.

DeleteRandom Dates (ReportOptionsPMMemberCountReport_RandomDates)
This field is applicable when using the "Random Dates" Date Option.
Expand the Drop-down arrow and select the dates you want from the calendar. To remove a date click the X next to it.
DeleteEnd Date (ReportOptionsPMMemberCountReport_EndDate)
This field is applicable when using the "Pattern" Date Option.
Select your date range for the report. For example if you want to schedule the report to run daily for Member Count then you would select "Today" and "0" in both fields. Your report will run daily through the Begin/End Date Range on your schedule. Optionally if you wanted to run a Trend Analysis for the last six month then you might use "Actual Date" in both fields and then select the last six months etc.

DeleteDay Option (ReportOptionsPMMemberCountReport_DayOption)
This field is applicable when using the "Pattern" Date Option.
Select your day option.

Take action in the required fields that appear.
- Specific Weekdays - Allows you to run the report for specific days of the week such as "Mondays." Go to the Weekdays field and make your selection(s).
- Specific Day(s) of the Month - Allows you to run the report for specific days of the month such as "the first." Go to the Day(s) of the Month field and make your selection(s).
- Number of Day - Allows you to run the report for every <x> days such as "every other" (you would enter "2") or "every week" (you would enter "7") etc. Go to the Number of Days field and enter the number of days for which you want to run the report.
Month (ReportOptionsPMMemberCountReport_Month)
This field is applicable when using the "Pattern" Date Option
Select the months of the year that you want to include.
DeleteWeekdays (ReportOptionsPMMemberCountReport_DayOfWeek)
This field is applicable when using the "Pattern" Date Option and your Day Option is "Specific Weekdays."
This option allows you to run the report for specific days of the week over your date range. For example to run the report for "Mondays Wednesdays" and "Fridays." You would select those days of the week.
DeleteDay(s) of Month (ReportOptionsPMMemberCountReport_DaysOfMonth)
This field is applicable when using the "Pattern" Date Option and your Day Option is "Days of the Month."
This option allows you to run the report for specific days of the month over your date range. For example to run the report for "the first and the 15th You would select 1" and "15."
DeleteEvery X Days (ReportOptionsPMMemberCountReport_EveryXDays)
This field is applicable when using the "Pattern" Date Option and your Day Option is "Number of Days."
This option allows you to run the report for every <x> days over your date range. For example to run for "every day enter 1". To run the report for "every other day enter 2 or every week, enter 7 etc.
