403 Forbidden. Due to a CSRF token mismatch when trying to do a receipt reprint on WebTrac

Problem
When a RecTrac user attempts to do a receipt reprint they get the following error:
Error Message
403 Forbidden. Due to a CSRF token mismatch, the previous page could not be displayed. In order to access this page you will need to navigate to it manually through the WebTrac menu. If the page cannot be accessed through the menu please contact us so that issue can be resolved.
Solution
Go into the License Profile and make sure that the "Enable CSRF for RecTrac?," "Enable CSRF for Mobile RecTrac?," and "Enable CSRF for WebTrac" toggles under Miscellaneous are not turned on.
Note:
You will need assistance from Vermont Systems Support to make changes to the License Profile.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Profile Management.
- Highlight the License Profile.
- Click Change.
- Enter an override password. A Vermont Systems Support technician will be able to provide this.
- Click Validate.
- Expand the Miscellaneous settings group.
- Make sure the following toggles are off:
- Enable CSRF for RecTrac?
- Enable CSRF for Mobile RecTrac?
- Enable CSRF for WebTrac
- Click Save.
Relaunch Receipt Reprint, you should now be able to use the program without encountering the above error message.
