Run Report by Registration Date

Problem
I want to run a roster report, but I only want to see results for enrollments made on certain dates.
Solution
The "Use Item Original Transaction Date Range" field enables you to enter the transactional dates for registrations you'd like to include in your report.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Report Output Listing.
- Highlight an activity roster report to run from the DataGrid.
- Click Run Report.
- Click Continue.
- Click on the Transaction Criteria tab.
- Check the Use Item Original Transaction Date Range toggle.
- Enter the dates for the registrations you'd like to see.
- Make any additional criteria selections necessary (i.e A specific Activity Section number you wish to report on).
- Click Process.
- Toggle on PDF.
- Toggle on Preview Report.
- Click Continue.
Your roster report should now only show enrollments made during your chosen date range.
