3.1 How to change the Email Recipients on a Scheduled Event/Report

I need to change the "Email To:" list for a couple of scheduled events. Is it possible to do this, or do I need to delete the event and start over?
Answer
Yes. This functionality is available in 3.1.07.00 and greater, but only for reports. In Scheduled Events Management, there is an "Update Event" option under the More button. This button basically takes you back to the report and let's you update parameters, including the "Email To" list. Here are some quick steps.
- In RecTrac, go to Scheduled Events Management and highlight/select the report you want to change.
- Expand the More button and select "Update Event."
- Change your report settings if needed.
- Click Process to continue to the Report Options screen.
- Make changes as needed and click Schedule. You will return to the Schedule Generator screen.
- Make changes as needed and Save your schedule.
Note: Cancelling anywhere in the process cancels the update to the scheduled event. The report will remain at its current scheduled settings.
