3.1 Printing two (2) receipts by default instead of one (1)
Problem
We currently process daily fees via visit processing using a POS system. We would like to automatically print (2) copies of the POS receipt along with 2 copies of the credit card auth receipt. How do I do that?
Solution
The number of receipts printed per module type is controlled through the Receipt-Format profile Receipt Copy Settings group. The default value is '1.' To have two (2) receipts print, change the value as needed for the appropriate modules. To have two receipts printerd for Pass Visits, set the value in the Pass Visits Drop-down list to '2.' Make changes as needed and click Save.
The number of Credit Card Auth receipts that print is controlled on the Credit Card profile Auth Copies field. Make changes as needed and click Save.
