Problem
WebTrac Receipt Unable to Preview During Receipt Reprint, any receipts from WebTrac (www user) display as Receipt <xxxxx> Cannot be Found. RecTrac created receipts print successfully.

Solution
The issue stems from the newly introduced Offload Receipt Creation event in Scheduled Events Management being Queued on an older date--coinciding with the same timeframe of transactions not able to be reprinted. To address, you need to "restart" the event.
Steps For Solution
- From your RecTrac main menu, go to Scheduled Events Management.
- Select the Offload Receipt Creation event.
- Click Update.
- Immediately click Save.
- Wait one minute. Then, refresh the DataGrid. The last run time for the event should update to a current time.
Attempt to reprint a previously not found receipt. This receipt now should display.
