The POS Open Ticket reports allow you to report on tickets created in your restaurant style setting.
RecTrac Process and Reporting screens offer numerous fields and widgets that allow you to filter the data for which your process or report is being run. RecTrac Widgets provides definitions and examples to show you how these work.

PSOpenTicketReport_Tab1
Users (PSOpenTicket_UserName_DataGrid)
The Clerk Listing DataGrid displays all user names in your database based on the DataGrid filters being used and your Permissions.
Highlight/select individual items, as needed, from the DataGrid. Multiple selection is allowed.
OR
Select the Use Clerk Name Range option.
THEN
Input the range of users you wish to include.
Make selections in the DataGrid or use a clerk name range or both. Leaving the DataGrid blank and the Use Clerk Name Range option deselected will result in no clerks being selected.

DeleteUse Clerk Name Range (PSOpenTicketReport_UserName_UseRange)
Select this option to include only those user in the begin and end use clerk name range in your output, as well as any selected in the DataGrid, if applicable.
THEN
Input the range of user names you want to include. By default, the begin/end range is <Blank> to 'ZZZZZZZZZ' (i.e. all users).
OR
Leave this option deselected to include only those items selected in the DataGrid in your output.
Make selections in the DataGrid or use a user range or both. Leaving the DataGrid blank and this option deselected will result in no users being selected.
DeleteClerk Name Begin (PSOpenTicketReport_UserName_Begin)
This field is applicable only if you opt to Use Clerk Name Range.
Select the user name range. Users within the range entered will be included in the process.
DeleteClerk Name End (PSOpenTicketReport_UserName_End)
This field is applicable only if you opt to Use Clerk Name Range.
Select the user name range. Users within the range entered will be included in the process.
DeleteRecord Status (PSOpenTicketReport_RecordStatus_ComboBox)
Select the record statuses you want to include on the report. Multiple selection is allowed.
OR
Leave this field at (0) Selected to skip this filter.

Use Facility Location Range (PSOpenTicket_FacilityLocation_UseRange)
Select this option to filter your report by a range of locations.
THEN
Enter your location range.
OR
Leave this option deselected to skip this filter.
Begin Facility Location (PSOpenTicket_FacilityLocation_Begin)
This field is applicable only if you are opting to filter the report by location range.
Enter a beginning and ending location range in these fields.
DeleteEnd Facility Location (PSOpenTicket_FacilityLocation_End)
This field is applicable only if you are opting to filter the report by location range.
Enter a beginning and ending location range in these fields.
DeleteUse Ticket Date Range (PSOpenTicket_TicketDate_UseRange)
Select this option to filter the report output by date range. This is the date on which the ticket was opened.
THEN
Use the Date Select fields to identify your beginning and ending date range.
OR
Leave this option deselected to skip this filter.
Begin Ticket Date (PSOpenTicket_TicketDate_Begin)
This field is applicable only if you opting to filter by date range.
Select your date options for this report.
THEN
Take appropriate action in the right-hand column to specify the actual dates you wish to select. Tickets opened within the date range selected will be included in your output.
