3.1 Cannot connect to localhost:9094 after installing Progress 11.7.2
Problem
Trouble with the Progress 11.7.2 install and subsequent update to RecTrac 3.1.08.00
Cannot Connect to localhost:9094 to verify that AppServers and Database are stopped prior to running the RecTrac 3.1.08.00 update. Result = Page not found when trying to hit the http://localhost:9094 address.
3.1.08.00 when installing progress 11.7.2 the install is unable to access http:localhost:9094 when you go through the steps to turn off 11.3 and start 11.7.2
Solution
1 Go to your fathom.properties file and verify that the information matches what is listed below.
2 In Windows, browse to :VSI3\Progress\DLC117\properties, where is the mapped partition on which VSI3 is installed.

3 Make changes as needed and Save. Be sure the siteID property is the name of your RecTrac Server.
4 Reboot the Server.
