3.1 Session Cleaner and Email Queue Events show as Running but are stalled
Problem
Our Scheduled Events for Session Cleaner and Email Queue show as 'Running' in the DataGrid, but they have not run in over a day. Is there a way to reset them without having to delete and recreate the event?
Solution
Yes. Go to Scheduled Events Management and reset the status for those events to 'Active.'
In turn with each stalled event,
1. Highlight/select and click Change Misc Event.
2. Set the Record Status to Inactive and Save.
3. Highlight/select the event again and click Change Misc Event.
4. Set the Record Status to Active and Save.
5. Refresh your DataGrid and ensure your events are running again.
