Progress 11 OpenEdge Explorer will not open, page cannot be displayed 10148, 9661
Problem
Progress 11 OpenEdge Explorer will not open, page cannot be displayed. Admin service starts, all Databases and AppServers seem to start as well.
fathom -start results in error 10148
Solution
Errors in fathom logs pointed us to this Progress KB which corrected the issue.
OpenEdge 11.3 and later use these steps:
1. In OpenEdge 11.3 and later, the resource database was changed and is stored in the C:/VSI3/Progess/DLC117_oemgmt/config/configdb directory.
2. Stop the AdminServer
3. Rename the configdb folder (C:/VSI3/Progess/DLC117_oemgmt/config/configdb)
4. Start the AdminServer
