Problem
Receiving the following error when trying to save changes to a household:
SAHousehold record not available
Solution
The error message was caused by a hung webspeed agent on the server. You best option would be to wait for the process that is hung to complete. If the error persists you can disconnect the Hung agents through PROENV and the PROMON utility.
To terminate the hung WebSpeed agent:
1. Log into OpenEdge explorer and determine which agent is hung, Note the PID number
2. Launch PROENV
3. At the prompt type promon \rectrac
4. Type 8 <enter< for (shut down database). Note: this will not stop the database.
5. Select Disconnect a user. Type: 1
6. Enter the the USR number that is associated with the PID in step 1.
