IP Restrictions preventing login to RecTrac 3.1
Problem
We're receiving the following message: Unable to login due to IP Restrictions. Your IP '174.228.66.231' is not allowed access to this Application. If you believe this is an error please contact your IT Administrator.'
Any thoughts as to why?
Solution
This message comes from the Application Security profile. To allow this address to the access RecTrac, you will need to add the IP Address to the Whitelist area of the profile.
You can access this profile by going to Management ribbon System Management Profile Assignments.
Expand Type: 'Application Security.'
Highlight the profile and click Update.
Add the desired IP Address to the IP Whitelist if you want it to be allowed.
