3.1 VIC not working in Microsoft Edge Browser
Problem
Unable to connect to VIC in the Microsoft Edge Browser?
This is a new installation of 3.1. Other web browsers are able to connect to VIC, just not MS Edge.
Solution
Try enabling 'loopback for network access' within MS Edge through the instructions that follow:
1. In Type Here to Search in Windows, type 'command prompt' without the quotes. Select the Command Prompt App.
2. In the command prompt window copy/paste the following:
CheckNetIsolation LoopbackExempt -a -n='Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe'

3. Press the Enter Key.
4. Open MS Edge again and try VIC again.
