3.1 - Reports not running (0 PID)
Solution
Go to OpenEdge Explorer.
Possible solutions:
1. Check for extra parameters within the Startup procedure parameters for the EventLive Agent. In one instance it contained '/dbutilonly /MultiTimer', and removing that fixed the issue.
2. Try stopping and starting the EventLive in OpenEdge.
3. Try starting the Event Live in OpenEdge, stopping the event timer on the server, restarting the EventLive on OpenEdge.
4. Try rebooting the RecTrac server.
