3.1 Web Hosted Weblive will not connect after Progress 11.7 update from 11.3
Problem
After updating RecTrac from 3.1.07.04 to latest build and updating from Progress 11.3 to Progess 11.7, the customer's WebLive/WebDemo will not start within Progress OpenEdge. All proper pre and post update steps well done correctly.

Solution
- Private Key/Digital Certificate Alias Name had reverted back to Default_Server on the Agent Configuration> SSL tab.
- Changed it back to the appropriate value and then WebTrac came back online.
