3.1 VIC unable to connect when Proxy is in use
Problem
Computers/network is setup on a Proxy. VIC is connected but when trying to utilize VIC by printing (or using other peripherals), the VIC log fills with:
[SessionPool: No Available Sessions[Could not connect to the AppServer: General Error: 9990. (7203)] on https://*:65100 and so on.
Solution
Change the proxy settings under Internet Explorer.
1. Go to the Gear icon > Internet Options > Connections tab and then click the LAN Settings button.
2. Click Advanced button underneath Proxy Server.
3. Add "https://localhost" to the Exceptions list.
4. Try using peripherals through VIC again, worked in this case.
