10.3 and 3.1 Office 365 TLS Email Stopped Working

Problem
Customers using Office 365 TLS Auth method abruptly stopped sending emails. Related to Microsoft's 8/17/2021 update that ends all Internet Explorer support for their Apps. Since we use IE for TLS commands to relay, this no longer works on Server 2016 and older.
*Server 2019 and/or SMTP relay method is not affected.
Solution
Must enable TLS 1.2 through registry now to resume the connection.
Steps For Solution
- Connect to our secure ftp site
- Go to File Updates And Drivers/ETSERI/TLS and download the EnableTLS12.zip
- Extract the zip file onto the RecTrac server and run EnableTLS12.reg
- Restart server.
