WebSpeed Error: -65, Agent Port: 25xx

Problem
WebTrac is randomly throwing WebSpeed errors referring to an agent port. Sometimes you can connect to the site after time and/or many refreshes but most attempts won't connect.
Error Message
WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019) Msngr: Failed to make connection to WTA. Verify all port configuration for the specified service are correct (5810): Error: -65, Agent Port: 2759
Solution
Any/all firewalls between the RecTrac and WebTrac servers, dynamic TCP Port Range 2700 - 2799 is not fully open. Check firewall rules and make sure the agent port range defined for WebTrac in Open Edge Explorer is allowed for TCP.
