Resident and Non-Resident fees displayed the same on WebTrac
RecTrac 3.1.10.18.00
Table of Contents
Problem
The Resident and Non-Resident fees are charged properly however they are not displayed accurately on WebTrac. They look like they are the same cost for Resident versus Non-Resident, i.e. $85.00/$85.00 instead of $70.00/$85.00. How can we fix this to display the correct price structure?
Solution
You will need to check the household category and fee code on your Resident model household. They are most likely set to Non-Resident.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Profile Assignments.
- Highlight the Daily Processing Profile linked to the WWW user.
- Click Update.
- Expand the Global Sales Model Household settings group.
- For each module there is a corresponding Model Household field, in most setups, there are two household numbers separated by a comma.
- The order in which the HH numbers are entered into the profile determines the order of the fees displayed on WebTrac. One is usually your Resident Model Household and the other your Non-Resident, remember each of these numbers.
- Click Cancel.
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Household Management.
- Type the resident model household number identified in step 4, into the Lookup search field.
- Click Lookup > Household Number.
- Click Change.
- Check the Household Category and Fee Code and set them to Resident.
- Note: If the household is set up accurately then you may need to click Member Details to verify the Fee Code and Category on each person in the household as well.
- Click Save.
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Bulk Search Index Change.
- Select Criteria that will pull in the module(s) and items that were displaying the wrong price.
- Click Process.
Once the Bulk Search Index Change program finishes processing (This could take between 2-5 minutes), your item(s) on WebTrac should now display the correct price.
