"View Tickets in PDF" Link: Not Displaying on Checkout Confirmation Screen

Problem
Patrons are noting that the PDF link for tickets is not displaying on the Checkout Confirmation Screen after completing a transaction in WebTrac.
Solution
The PDF link is not displaying because the default setting for the "View Tickets in PDF" is set to "Hidden". To address, go into WebTrac Processing Screen Management in RecTrac and update the field status to "Updateable."
Steps For Solution
- From your RecTrac main menu, go to WebTrac Processing Screen Management.
- Select the WEBCONFIRMATION screen.
- Click Change.
- Expand the WebConfirmation_Tab1 folder.
- Expand the WebConfirmation_Group1 folder.
- Find the "View <Additional> Ticket(s) (in .PDF Format) (WebConfirmation_ViewTicket) (Link) and select it.
- Under the Field Parameters column, click the pencil edit icon next to Field Status.
- Change Field Status to "Updateable."
- Click the pencil edit icon next to Field Status to save this change.
- Click Done.
- Click Clear All Cache.
- Toggle on Include WebTrac Cache.
- Click Continue.
The PDF link now will display on the WebTrac Web Confirmation Screen.
