Processing Screen Management allows you to create custom Designs for your RecTrac Daily Processing/Period End programs.
The Processing Screen Start DataGrid displays all the screens that have been customized by Custom Designs that you have Permissions to see.
DataGrid column sort options allow you to customize the view as desired. Click here for a full description of RecTrac DataGrids.
Screen Design codes are maintained in System Code Management. Code Type=Design.

Buttons on the screen…
Click Add to continue to the Processing Screen Add dialog where you can select the Screen you wish to customize. From there, click Continue to advance to the Processing Screen Update program.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Change to advance to the Processing Screen Update program.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Delete to remove it from the DataGrid.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Clone to continue to the Processing Screen Clone dialog where you can clone the selected record to additional Designs, if desired.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Clear Cache to clear the browser cache for the selected screen. Clearing cache forces a web browser to retrieve all files again, as if it were visiting a page (i.e. a screen in RecTrac) for the first time. Clearing cache ensures that any changes you make to the selected screen will be realized when a user linked to the Design you're modifying goes to the newly customized screen.
Click Clear All Cache to to clear the browser cache for the all screens in RecTrac. Clearing cache forces a web browser to retrieve all files again, as if it were visiting a page (i.e. a screen in RecTrac) for the first time. Clearing cache ensures that any changes you make will be realized when a user linked to the Design you're modifying goes to a newly customized screen.
Click More • Export to continue to the File Maintenance Export screen where you can select records in the DataGrid to export. The export creates an XML file which can be viewed/saved from the Document Center.
The export/import process provides an easy way to move records between RecTrac databases, if necessary.
