The Activity Section Management program allows you to add, update, delete, and clone sections for your activities.
The concept behind the Activity Section Management program is to diminish the input of "like" or "same" information. You will have a core activity, such as "Beginning Swimming," and a number of Sections linked to it. By breaking the data into activities and sections, you will not have to duplicate "like" information for an activity/section just because "Beginning Swimming - Section A" meets at the high school pool and "Beginning Swimming - Section B" meets at the recreation center pool. Each section is linked to its own specific information, including one or more facility meeting places, meeting times, instructors, comments, a general ledger code and a fee table.

The Activity Section Management DataGrid lists all the activity sections in your system that you have Permissions to view OR it lists all the sections linked to the activity you selected on the previous screen. Scroll up/down to view the records or scroll left/right to view additional details.
DataGrid column sort options allow you to customize the view as desired. Click here for a full description of RecTrac DataGrids.
