The Document Header Management program allows you to add, update, delete, and clone Receipt Document Codes. Receipt documents typically consist of pertinent information that you wish to pass along to a patron whenever a receipt of a certain type is generated.
The Document Header Management Update screen allows you to create the Code and link a document to it. Documents can be of any standard file type (i.e. .pdf, .doc/docx, .txt, etc...). Receipt documents can vary by the receipt generated (i.e. you can have separate receipt documents for new purchases/registrations, cancellations, changes, etc...) or you can use the same document for all receipts. You can also create separate documents for receipts generated via WebTrac and RecTrac, if desired.
Once Document Codes are created, you can link them to modules (Activity Sections, Facilities, Passes, etc...) in File Maintenance (Activity Section Maintenance, Facility ID Maintenance, Pass Type Maintenance, etc...).
