10.3 and 3.1 Are changes needed to the CCPanPad.DLL Version for Card Connect TLS 1.2?
Problem
You will need to confirm with VSI/RecTrac the Panpad DLL version you are using is up-to date. Please see additional information below.
Our impending TLS 1.2 upgrade is being enacted to provide a more secure online processing environment for our merchants and their customers. More information regarding the upgrade can be found at: https://support.cardconnect.com/security-resources/tls-1-2-upgrade
If you are using one of our direct products, such as CardPointe Mobile, CardPointe Web, or the Retail Terminal, you should not experience any changes as a result of this upgrade.

For merchants who are partnered with a CardConnect ISV or Software Provider, we recommend reaching out to your provider directly for more information on their approach to this upgrade.
