10.3 and 3.1 CardConnect Ingenico Terminal - No Keys Injected Error
Problem
CardConnect Ingenico terminal is showing an alert message and is not working. Screen display shows 'TSA No Keys Injected' and other messages. Photos attached.
Solution
This cannot be resolved by Vermont Systems. You must contact CardConnect.
The 'TSA No Keys Injected' error means the Pin pad was not configured by CardConnect or was properly configured by CardConnect.
To confirm this, you can unplug the USB and the power cord. Wait 60 seconds and then plug in the USB (do this first) and then the power cord. If you get a frown emoji, then this will confirm the unit is bad and lacks the proper keys.
