3.1 PayTrac Lane 3000 device is not connecting to the network
Problem
Our PayTrac Lane 3000 device will not connect to network. The connection light is orange and not green on unit.
Solution
DHCP is the likely culprit here. The unit doesn't recognize DHCP. Try using a static IP address instead.
- On the unit, press 0001.
- Continue to IP Configuration.
- Turn OFF DHCP.
- As IT to provide a static IP address. Input that adn test whether the unit connects.
