Problem
Receiving a message when attempting a credit card payment "Credit Card Profile was not found"
Solution
This usually indicates that the Credit Card profile in RecTrac is linked at the workstation level but RecTrac cannot determine the workstation name. Most workstations rely on VIC to be running prior to the RecTrac login to determine the workstation name for that session. Check and unsure that VIC is running, and that the proper workstation name is being reported back to RecTrac. There is a small paperclip symbol in the upper right-hand corner of the RecTrac 3.1 screen that will show the VIC status. You can verify what the workstation name is in the current session by clicking on the User Details Symbol in the lower left of the screen.
