In this video, we'll review the reporting options available for the WebTrac app. There are two options available when reporting on the app. There are the options within the WebTrac app cockpit and there are the options from within RecTrac itself. We're starting out on the WebTrac app cockpit side. So I'm logged underneath our account and I clicked on reports on the left hand side.
00:00:27:08 - 00:00:48:12
Brian Hatch
And when you click on reports, it'll be brought to the dashboard. The dashboard will give you a breakdown of your active users for the previous month. The app downloads. Total app downloads, total club users, and the total module opens for the last 14 days. You can see a daily breakdown on the right hand side of each one of those numbers.
00:00:48:14 - 00:01:12:00
Brian Hatch
We expect the app downloads and user numbers to closely mirror each other for every download of the app. We anticipate one user logged in in most cases, but multiple users log in and one download. You might see some variation between those two numbers. At the top, you can dive into any one of those numbers. So the overall app user numbers, you have an option of looking at the new total, new versus total.
00:01:12:02 - 00:01:32:09
Brian Hatch
If I click on new, you get a daily breakdown for downloads. For the last 14 days and this is where you can switch it to any date period that you're actually looking for. So this is the total number of downloads we had for each day listed down here at the bottom. This can be switched over to the hourly view or the grand total.
00:01:32:09 - 00:01:54:14
Brian Hatch
So if you want to see your cumulative totals, you'll see that number climb through as you get your grand total for the total downloads for the app overall. The club users, you have the same breakdown. Do you want to look at the new numbers for each day versus the grand totals or cumulative totals? So this is going to give you based on the number of clubs that you have.
00:01:54:14 - 00:02:23:15
Brian Hatch
So most accounts are going to have one club and they'll be listed here. If you have multiple clubs, you'd see them in this pulldown. But in this example, I have the one account, one club, and then it gives me the daily breakdown from many people added this club to the overall app. So again, this is number, these numbers are closely mirror your overall download numbers from the previous tab, but you can customize the date range you're looking for to review these numbers as well.
00:02:23:18 - 00:02:43:25
Brian Hatch
And then the fourth tab over is going to give you a breakdown for what clicks or hits you're going to have within the app. So there's an option to break that down by a club by module, or to look at all clubs together. Again, depending on how many clubs you have linked in your account, which again, in this example we have one club linked to the overall account.
00:02:43:27 - 00:03:08:19
Brian Hatch
You'll get the same numbers for each one of these options. It'll only be a variation if you have multiple clubs in this pull-down Now that you'd be able to isolate each one for what modules are being selected. Again, it's a daily breakdown for the date range that you're looking for. And then at the bottom it gives you module breakdown for most common modules that are being selected within the app.
00:03:08:19 - 00:03:28:18
Brian Hatch
Again, within the date period that you've selected at the top, you have the option for downloading this data if you want to pull it outside of the app, you can use the download options on any one of these screens to pull this data and use it externally. And then the last tab is going to be just a breakdown for how many monthly active users you have using the app.
00:03:28:21 - 00:03:47:24
Brian Hatch
If we switch over to RecTrac on addition to the cockpit reporting, you'll have the ability to break down, you know what transactions are taking place on WebTrac versus the app. So by default, we're creating a new user in every database and we're just mirroring the WWW user and we're just going WWW app unless instructed otherwise.
00:03:47:26 - 00:04:12:24
Brian Hatch
So you'll be able to pull this breakdown on any transaction report. So if I was to run a cash journal right now, you'd have that breakdown. If I pull up an example because the users listed on this report I can see what took place on WebTrac versus what took place on the app. So it gives us that flexibility again on this one individual report, but really is going to show on anywhere the user information would show within RecTrac.
00:04:12:25 - 00:04:33:00
Brian Hatch
So say you ran a household inquiry and you see that a transaction took place on one or the other and also give you some insight into what your customer base is doing and how that's going to transform from using WebTrac, hopefully, and do more usage of transactions taking place on the app. But that's a breakdown of the reporting options for the WebTrac app.
