3.1 How to Edit Stored Financial Info via RecTrac
Problem
A household had some out-of-date banking info that had to get deleted, but I don't know where to re-enter it before the next installment billing cycle.
Solution
In RecTrac, you can update the info:
1 Go to Home > Household Management.
2 Select the household in question and click the Change button.
3 Click the Financial Info tab.
4 In the Auto Pay Balance field, select ACH AutoPay if you want to enter/change checking or savings account info. Or select CC AutoPay/No Show TT if you wish to enter/change a token for credit card payments.
5 If you select either the ACH or CC choice, the Auto Pay Option group will display an appropriate Add/Change button for you to click.
6 On the EPay Info Management datagrid screen, you can delete old banking/CC information, or click the Add button to add new banking/CC info.
Note:
Banking info is encrypted before storing in the database. It is displayed throughout as a mask.
Credit card info is not stored in the database. Only a token is stored as well as a card mask.
