Installment Billing Error in RecTrac 3.1: Amount must be greater than $0
Problem
During Installment Billing in RecTrac 3.1, we tried to input the credit card, but we kept getting this error:
'Amount must be greater than $0.00'
We use Plug'nPay as the credit card processor.
Solution
1 Go to Management > System Management > Profile Assignments.
2 Find the 'Credit Card -Installment Billing' profile in the Linked Profiles (center) column.
3 Find the toggle labeled 'Use StoreData Mode for IB Processing'. Turn the toggle off and click Save.
