Can't Find Contract under Household
RecTrac 3.1.10.21.00

Problem
When searching for a Contract in Global Sales under the household number, we could not find the Contract, however, they did have reservations and a Form/PDF/Document with Contract information on it.
Solution
To find the Contract you can either search under Contract Management or use DB Inquiry.
Steps For Solution
Using Contract Management:
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Contract Management.
- Using the DataGrid filter, set Status to Active and Inactive.
Using DB Inquiry:
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to DB Inquiry.
- Set Select Table To View to SAContract.
- In your Query, use the HouseholdNumber field name.
- ie. Householdnumber = 5723.
- Click View.
You should now be able to locate your missing Contract. This is most likely due to a RecordStatus of Inactive.
