Purchase not showing in Global Sales under HH Purchase History

Problem
In Global Sales, when going to the household's Purchase History, a specific purchase we are looking for is not showing up.
Solution
The purchase may have a status that is filtered out by the default Datagrid filters. Clicking options on the top left of Purchase History Datagrid and selecting Clear Filters will remove the filter, showing all statuses.
Steps For Solution
- Go to Global Sales
- Highlight the desired household within the Global Sales Lookup DataGrid
- Click Select
- Click the Purchase History tab
- Click options
- Select Clear Filters
Once the DataGrid filters have been cleared, all purchases regardless of status should now appear. Use the DataGrid filters to narrow results.
