Unable to Select Installment billing for specific Household

Problem
I have a household that isn't able to use installment billing despite billing working for other households. Why is it affecting only this one household?
Solution
A field in Household Management called Installment Billing Option determines a household's eligibility to purchase installment billing items.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Household Management.
- From the DataGrid, locate and highlight the household that cannot use installment billing.
- Click Change.
- Click on the Financial Info tab.
- Set the Installment Billing Option to Allow.
- Click Save.
Return to Global Sales and attempt to sell and item with installment billing, the billing option should appear.
