Solution
Pin pads sometimes need the reset to restore connectivity, To reset the pin pad, either unplug from power for 10 seconds and then plug in, or press and hold the little white button on the back of the device.

- Unplug from power for 10 seconds, plug back in.
- Alternatively: Press and hold the little white button on the back of the device.
