Tee Sheet: Disappearing or Not Showing after an Update

Problem
The tee sheet does not display on any Pro Shop computers after running a server update. No error message displays, but accessing the Tee Time Processing program results in a blank screen.
Solution
Running Clear All Cache will allow the Tee Time Processing program to display the tee sheet after an update.
Steps For Solution
- From your RecTrac main menu, go to Processing Screen Management.
- Click Clear All Cache.
- Click Continue.
- Log out and back in as user running the tee sheet.
- Go to Tee Time Processing.
The tee sheet should display properly.
