The Photo Update program allows you to Add or Change photos that are linked to your various Fixed Assets (Facilities, Equipment, Streets, Trees, and Utilities) as well as other items in the MainTrac module. Your options will vary depending on how you enter this program.
Note: Field names on the screen with red labels* are required by the screen design you are using. Mandatory fields in the default Vermont Systems design are noted where appropriate. Your design and mandatory fields may vary.
From the bottom of the screen…
Click Save to save changes. You will return to the previous screen.
Click Cancel to return to the previous screen without saving changes.

Description (MTPHOTO_Description)
If you are adding a Photo to this record, then enter the description in this field. If you are updating a photo, then accept this default or change as needed. This is a mandatory field for the standard VSI Design. Your Design may vary.
DeletePhoto Date (MTPHOTO_PhotoDate)
This field displays the Date on which this photo was linked to record to which it belongs. Accept this default or change as needed.
DeleteFilename (MTPhoto_FileName)
If you are adding a Photo to this record, then click the File Explorer icon, browse to the Photo you wish to add and select it. If you are updating a photo, then accept this default or change as needed.
DeleteParent Table (MTPHOTO_ParentTable)
You will not visit this field.
This field displays the parent table in which this photo is linked. For Example: 'MTFacility' in this field would indicate the photo is linked to a Facility Type Fixed Asset.
DeleteParent ID (MTPHOTO_ParentID)
You will not visit this field.
This field displays the system-generated ID number for the item to which this photo is linked.
