The Access Ticket Management program allows you to add, change, delete and clone access control templates. Access control is available in every RecTrac module.
The Access Control Ticket template is created and maintained in Template Design Studio.
This program (Access Ticket Management) allows you to set Access Control parameters (Valid Dates, Valid Times, Valid Locations, etc...) for the tickets you sell. You also can use this program to create special access control templates for household information and payment information that can "sandwich" the tickets that are being printed. For Example: A patron buy four (4) tickets to an upcoming show at your theater. Using Access Control Templates, you could "sandwich" those four tickets between one (1) ticket that displays the patron's contact information and another ticket that shows the patron's payment information.

Access Tickets (SAAccessTicketInfoMain_DataGrid)
The Access Ticket Template Management DataGrid lists all the Access Ticket Template Codes currently established in your system. Scroll up/down to view the Access Ticket Templates or scroll left/right to view additional details.
DataGrid column sort options allow you to customize the view as desired. Click here for a full description of RecTrac DataGrids.
Buttons on the screen…
Click Add to continue to the Access Ticket Update screen to create a new Access Ticket Template.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Change to continue to the Access Ticket Update screen to edit the selected Access Ticket Template.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Delete to remove it from the database.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Clone to continue to the File Maintenance Clone program to clone the selected Access Ticket Template.
To exit this program click 'X' on the title bar. You will be returned to the Main Menu or the previous program.
