The Brochure Detail Update screen is where you add information to the rows that make up your file for the AR Brochure Interface.

Click Cancel to return to the previous screen without saving your changes.
Click Save to save changes and return to the previous screen.
Core Information
Sort Order (SABrochureDetail_SortOrder)
Enter a numerical value in this field. Rows sort numerically where the lowest value is at the top and the highest value is at the bottom. This is the order in which this set of information appears on the Brochure Detail DataGrid on the previous screen.
Sort order also affects how it outputs to the file.
DeleteDescription (SABrochureDetail_Description)
Enter a description for this information. For example, Day/Dates, Meeting Times, Location, etc.
DeleteOutput Value (SABrochureDetail_OutputValue)
Enter the information that you want to output. This can be a calculated field (or fields) or it can be plain text, etc. For example: in the case of a File Header, you might just want text that contains information for the file to be loaded into InDesign. However, in the case of Section Detail, you might want to use Date and Time in the same Output Value.
DeleteDatabase/Calculated Field to Add (SABrochureDetailUpdate_AvailableOutputFields)
Select the Database/Calculated field you want to add.
THEN
Click Add Information to Output Value. The information will appear in the Output Value field.
You can add multiple calculated fields to a single Output Value, if desired.
DeleteParentID (SABrochureDetail_ParentID)
This field contains a system-generated number. This field does not appear on the standard Vermont Systems design.
DeleteStart New Line (SABrochureDetail_NewLine)
Select this option to have this information begin on its own line in your file.
Deselect this option to skip the insertion of a line break in the file for this information.
DeleteSkip Printing Entire Line if Calculated Values Are Blank (SABrochureDetail_SkipIfBlank)
Select this option to skip printing a line for a calculated field if the calculated field is blank. For example, your calculated field is Holiday List (Section)." If there are no holiday dates linked to your section then a line for "Holiday Dates" will not be printed on your brochure.
Deselect this option to have the row print even if the calculated field is blank. For example your calculated field is "Holiday List (Section)." If there are no holiday dates linked to your section then a line for "Holiday Dates" will print on your brochure but no dates will be listed.
DeleteFont (SABrochureDetail_FontFamily)
This field is applicable only if the Output Type for your brochure template is "RTF."
Select the font you want to use for the text that will go in this field.
DeleteFont Size (SABrochureDetail_FontSize)
This field is applicable only if the Output Type for your brochure template is "RTF."
Select the font size you want to use for the text that will go in this field.
DeleteFont Characteristics (SABrochureDetail_FontCharacteristics)
This field is applicable only if the Output Type for your brochure template is "RTF."
Select the font effects you want to use for the text that will go in this field. Multiple selection is allowed.

- Italic
- Underline
Font Color (SABrochureDetail_FontColor)
This field is applicable only if the Output Type for your brochure template is "RTF."
Select the font color you want to use for the text that will go in this field. To do this click in the field itself and then select from the color picker or manually enter values in the appropriate fields.
DeleteBorder Thickness (SABrochureDetail_BorderThickness)
This field is applicable only if the Output Type for your brochure template is "RTF."
Select the border thickness you want to use for this field.
- None - There will be no border around the text.
- 1 - The border will have a weight of "1."
- 2 - The border will have a weight of "2."
- 3 - The border will have a weight of "3."
Border Style (SABrochureDetail_BorderStyle)
This field is applicable only if the Output Type for your brochure template is "RTF."
Select the border style you want to use for this field.
- None - There will be no border around the text.
- Solid - The border will have a solid border around it
- Solid -Bottom Only - The border will have a solid line at the bottom.
- Dashed - The border will have a dashed border around it
- Dashed -Bottom Only - The border will have a dashed line at the bottom.
- Dotted - The border will have a dotted border around it
- Dotted - Bottom Only - The border will have a dotted line at the bottom.
- Double - The border will have a solid double line border around it
- Double -Bottom Only - The border will have a solid double line at the bottom.
Section Detail Column Header (SABrochureDetail_ColumnHeader)
This field is applicable only if the Output Type for your brochure template is "RTF."
Enter a Column Header if desired. For example Aquatics Programs.
DeleteColumn Width (SABrochureDetail_ColumnWidth)
This field is applicable only if the Output Type for your brochure template is "RTF."
Enter your desired column width in pixels.
DeleteSection Detail Column Header Font (SABrochureDetail_HeaderFontFamily)
This field is applicable only if the Output Type for your brochure template is "RTF."
Select the font you want to use for your column header.
DeleteSection Detail Column Header Font Size (SABrochureDetail_HeaderFontSize)
This field is applicable only if the Output Type for your brochure template is "RTF."
Select the font size you want to use for your column header.
