The Brochure Row Update screen allows you to build your AR Brochure export file. This screen allows you to add Section Detail, Header, Footer, and File Footer information to your export file, as needed.

Click Cancel to return to the previous screen without saving your changes.
Click Save to save changes and return to the previous screen.

Sort Order (SABrochureRow_SortOrder)
Enter a numerical value in this field. Rows sort numerically where the lowest value is at the top and the highest value is at the bottom. This is the order in which this Row appears on the Brochure Template Rows DataGrid on the previous screen.
Sort order also affects how it outputs to the file. However, it always outputs by Record Type First then the sort order. For example: Record Type, File Header, Header, Section Detail, Footer, File Footer.
DeleteDescription (SABrochureRow_Description)
Enter a description for your row.

Select the type the Record Type. Generally speaking, the description can match the type. For example, Description = Section Detail" and Record Type = "Section Detail.
Record Type (SABrochureRow_RecordType)
Select your Record Type for this row.
- File Header - The header for your output file.
- Header - A section header.
- Section Detail - Section detail information, such as meeting dates/times, holiday dates, program description, age ranges, etc..
- Footer - A section footer.
- File Footer - The footer for your output file.
Break Option (SABrochureRow_BreakOption)
This field is applicable only if your Record Type is "Header" or "Footer."
Select your Break Option for this row.
- Activity Code - The system will insert a break prior to each new Activity Code it finds.
- Sort Options 1-3 - The system will insert a break each time it finds a Sort Option from the previous screen.
Row Indent (RTF Only) (SABrochureRow_RowOffset)
This field is applicable only if your Record Type is "Section Detail" and your Output Type on the previous screen is "RTF."
Enter the number of spaces by which you want to offset this row on your output file.
Delete(SABrochureRowUpdate_ParentOutputType)
This field does not appear on the standard Vermont Systems design.
DeleteBrochure Link ID (SABrochureRow_ParentID)
This field contains a system-generated number. This field does not appear on the standard Vermont Systems design.
DeleteBrochure Detail (SABrochureRowUpdate_SABrochureDetailDataGrid)
The Brochure Detail DataGrid displays all the rows you have created. The rows contain the data and other information you need to include in your export.
Click Add to continue to the Brochure Detail Update screen. There you can set up a new row.
Select an existing record and click Change to continue to the Brochure Detail Update screen where you can alter the settings.
Select an existing record and click Delete to remove it.
