The Comments Update screen is used to add, update or delete information that pertain to the individual record selected.

Description (SACOMMENT_Description)
Enter your comment description (aka: your comment title) in this field.
DeleteUser Name (SACOMMENT_UserName)
If you are adding a new comment, accept the default entry (your User ID) or click the Picklist icon to select the User ID you wish to link to this comment.
If you are updating an existing comment, you will not visit this field.
DeleteComment Date (SACOMMENT_CommentDate)
If you are adding a new comment, accept the default value (today's" date) or click the Calendar icon to select the date you wish to associate with this comment.
If you are updating an existing comment you will not visit this field.
DeleteComment Time (SACOMMENT_CommentTime)
If you are adding a new comment, accept the default value (the current time) or click the Clock icon to select the time you wish to associate with this comment.
If you are updating an existing comment, you will not visit this field.
DeleteParent ID (SACOMMENT_ParentID)
You will not visit this field.
This field displays a system-generated value.
DeleteParent Table (SACOMMENT_ParentTable)
You will not visit this field.
This field displays the RecTrac table to which this comment is linked.
DeleteComment Text (SACOMMENT_Comments)
Enter your comments in this field. This field accepts up to 30,000 characters.
