The Email Address Update screen allows you to add extra Email Addresses to a household or family member Generally speaking, the Email Addresses you add should not be listed elsewhere on the Household or for individual Family Members. Additional Email Addresses should be used as alternate contacts for the Household/Family Member, and they should not be confused with the Primary Household Email Address you entered on the Core Information screen under the Household Primary Person Information Group.
From the bottom of the screen....
Click Save to save your changes. You will be returned to the previous screen.
Click Cancel to return the previous screen without saving your changes.
To exit this program, click 'X' on the title bar. You will be returned to the Main Menu or the previous program.

This is a system-controlled option that indicates whether the email address selected is the primary Email Address for the household. This option should never be selected.
DeleteEmailAddress (SAEMAILADDRESS_EmailAddress)
Enter the email address in this field.
The system will alert you if the address you enter seems invalid due to selected criterion, such as lack of an '@' symbol, lack of a valid extension (i.e. .com, .org, .edu, etc...), invalid characters, etc....
DeleteSubtype (SAEMAILADDRESS_SubType)
Expand the Drop-down list and select the Sub-Type for this Email Address, if desired.
DeleteLinkID (SAEmailAddress_ParentID)

This is a system-controlled field that displays the household to which this record is linked.
DeleteParentTable (SAEMAILADDRESS_ParentTable)
You will not visit this field.
This is a system-controlled field that displays the parent table to which this record is linked.
Delete
