The Letter Management program allows add, change, delete, and clone letters and waivers that can be linked to RecTrac modules and used with any RecConnect report. Examples include, but are not limited to, Pass Renewal Notices, Activity Hold Harmless Waivers, Rental Disclaimers, etc.
Letters and waivers must be linked to a Letter Group in order to be linked to a module. Proceed to Letter Group Maintenance to link your letters to a group header.

Letters (SALETTERMain_DataGrid)
The Letter Management DataGrid lists all the letter codes currently established in your system that you have permission to view. Scroll up/down to view the Letters or scroll left/right to view additional details.
DataGrid column sort options allow you to customize the view as desired. Click here for a full description of RecTrac DataGrids.
Buttons on the screen…
Click Add to continue to the Letter Update screen to create a new Letter.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Change to continue to the Letter Update screen to edit the selected Letter.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Clone to continue to the File Maintenance Clone program to clone the selected Letter.Click More • Export to continue to the File Maintenance Export screen where you can select records in the DataGrid to export. The export creates an XML file which can be viewed/saved from the Document Center.
The export/import process provides an easy way to move records between RecTrac databases if necessary.
Note: This program does not export linked tables so Fees/Rules/Questions do not get exported; this exports only the Management record itself.
Highlight/select an existing record and click More • Delete to remove it from the database.
