The Ticket Management program allows you to add, update, delete, and clone POS Tickets. RecTrac allows you to sell tickets for in-department events as well as outside vendors tickets . An example of an "outside vendor" would be admissions tickets for Disney World.
Tickets can be sold through Global Sales (Processing • Global Sales) or WebTrac and can be linked to specific households. The Ticket Management program tracks revenue figures, number of tickets sold and remittances due to the outside vendors (if applicable) for each type of ticket. Each ticket ID can have an unlimited number of blocks of independently numbered tickets, each with different pricing and commission structures. You can use a location prefix to segregate tickets from one location to another. This will restrict access to just those tickets that a given location can sell.
Inventory Items and Service Items are maintained in their respective POS modules.
